it took only 5 minutes to walk to via sottoriva bus stop. we got stunning and beautiful room with a double bed and a classic old balcony, for instance.

The location of Casa Coloniale is amazing, right by plaza Erbe and behind torre lamberti. the view from the rooms is stunning, with a beautiful wall of the torre complex. the exterior and entranceway of the property are also beautiful, making for a great first impression. the breakfast offered at the property, including coffee, fresh juice, and a croissant with different fillings, is delicious. the staff, particularly the ladies running the cleaning and maintenance, are lovely and helpful. Casa Coloniale is a great choice for young families.

Great value for money! The room at B&B Casa Coloniale was excellent - very spacious and with a wonderful small balcony. The hotel's location was amazing, right in the city center and with a lovely view from the room. The staff treated me very well and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

You can easily explore the charming streets and attractions nearby, and the bus stop to the station is conveniently close. the rooms provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, and some even offer a lovely view of the Torre Lamberti complex. the breakfast at the nearby cafe is delightful, with a tempting selection of pastries and a refreshing drink.

The cafe was a fancy meeting place to enjoy a break and have a "relaxing" talk. The B&B was conveniently located near Piazza Brà and Verona Arena. Activities like visiting vineyards were a highlight. All guests, including "charming" children, were required at check-in. Casa Coloniale had "oh so much" to offer.

The check-in process was a piece of cake - so straightforward and not at all confusing.
